Practical advises for the legs care
in the venous disease evolution.
If you are bedridden, move often your legs: the best exercise is cycling 20 times with lift up legs, as you are biking (you activate the muscle pump)
Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to heat (radiators etc…) quitting hot bath too.
Make as a habit to use the stairs, avoid using elevators: your legs will take a good advantage.
If (it is) possible, swimming is the most ideal sport for your legs, either both for the movement and the healthy cold water contact.
