Practical advises for the legs care
in the venous disease evolution.
If you are travelling by train or airplane, get up often and walk for at least 20 steps. If you are forced to stay sit (bus, underground etc..) lift up your feet toes and heel (at least 20 times).
Avoid high heels or too low heels: ideal height is 3-5 cm. Correct any feet defects or walking defects with orthopedic insoles.
If (it is) possible, swimming is the most ideal sport for your legs, either both for the movement and the healthy cold water contact.
During the summer vacation by the sea, make long walk in the water up the waist.
