Practical advises for the legs care
in the venous disease evolution.
in summer, avoid too much exposure at the sun, refresh yourself frequently by taking cold bath and/or shower
If you are bedridden, move often your legs: the best exercise is cycling 20 times with lift up legs, as you are biking (you activate the muscle pump)
During house work, or you are moving, be careful on hitting your legs with sharp objects (especially in varicose vein presence)
If necessary, use elastic socks, once you have consultate your doctor.
